单组分环氧树脂中性硬胶

单组分环氧树脂中性硬胶为预混型环氧胶粘剂，无需现场配比搅拌，直接即可施胶，依靠加热实现固化。产品呈中性属性，对部分敏感基材腐蚀性低，固化后胶体质地坚硬，拥有稳定的粘接强度、电气绝缘性以及耐温耐湿性能，对金属、陶瓷、玻纤材质、部分工程塑料均具备不错的附着能力。适用于电子元器件的粘接加固、模组密封防护、传感器封装保护，同时可用于汽车电子、光电组件、工业精密零部件的结构粘接与点胶防护，适配自动化点胶生产工况，满足工业制造中粘接、密封、防护的实际应用需求。

注意事项	1、粘接位置需干燥清洁。The adhesion site must be dry and clean.
Note	2、如天气气温低需回温4-6H，或用50-60°加热30-60分钟，再进行操作。Due to the low weather and temperature, it is necessary to warm it up for 4-6 hours, or heat it to 50-60°C for 30-60 minutes before proceeding with the operation.
	3、点胶后先烘烤再浸泡凡立水。 After applying the adhesive, bake it first and then soak it in Vinyl Water.
储存与包装	1、常温储存30天，冷藏5°以下90天。Store at room temperature for 30 days, refrigerate below 5°C for 90 days.
Storage and Packaging	2、1KG包/装5KG/桶/4桶装一箱，共20KG
	1 kg/packaged in 5 kg/barrels/4 barrels per carton, totaling 20 kg.
