Single-component epoxy resin column soft glue is a heat-curable modified epoxy elastic adhesive. It is a thixotropic paste, one-component, no mixing, cures upon heating. The cured elastomer offers low internal stress, reducing impact on core parameters, and provides insulation, vibration resistance, cushioning, and noise reduction. Suitable for automated dispensing, it bonds metals, ceramics, magnetics, and rigid plastics. Used for center-post filling in high-frequency transformers, switching power supplies, inductors, and filters to alleviate vibration and noise. Applications include switching power supplies, PV inverters, charging piles, communication power supplies, automotive electronics, and general electromechanical manufacturing.

Note	1.The adhesion site must be dry and clean. 2.Due to the low weather and temperature, it is necessary to warm it up for 4-6 hours, or heat it to 50-60°C for 30-60 minutes before proceeding with the operation. 3. After applying the adhesive, bake it first and then soak it in Vinyl Water.
Storage and Packaging	Store at room temperature for 30 days, refrigerate below 5°C for 90 days. 1 kg/packaged in 5 kg/barrels/4 barrels per carton, totaling 20 kg.
